to catch rotom go to the room with the television set at 8pm to 4am.when you find him he will be in level 15, his abilities levitate, types ghost electric,and also when you find him he will have the moves thundershock, confuse ray, uproar, and double team. and if you accidentaly beat him he will come back the next day at the same time.
