This is my team and how I got them.

Lv. 100 Infernape
Lv. 100 Palkia
Lv. 100 Luxray
Lv. 100 Chimecho
Lv. 100 Alakazam
Lv. 100 Pachirisu

For Infernape I raised from a Chimchar.
For Palkia I went through Mt. Coronet and beat Team Galactic and caught him with a Master ball.
I raised Luxray from Shinx.
I raised Chimecho with training.
I raised until he got to Kadabra and traded with a friend.
I just used Action Replay with the Rare Candy cheat.
