Fool the game into thinking you've completed this quest!
You must have nothing in your inventory but a spiderweb. Once you're set, start the quest. Run to Area 7 on the map and talk to the man there. He will take the spiderweb and give you a special mushroom. After that, simply wait until time runs out. The timeout will cause the game to think you've already beaten the quest!
