During an interactive briefing, activate the MkII and go near the stairs. Move into them and press X and the MkII should hop up the stairs. Go all the way to the back and on the glass coffee table will be a PlayStation 3...also on the TV screen in the top right corner it will say Hideo2...the same message that appears when Screaming Mantis shouts "BLACKOUT!!"
