A tip to defeating Crying Wolf is to chase that crazy a.. b..... after you've gotten close to her, activate night vision with the solid eye, you'll see the tracks she leaves when she runs away....you can now chase her...if you catch her off guard and you equip the RAIL Gun...you'll achieve some serious max damage...
