Play as Burning Batsu - Project Justice Cheat Codes
Enter story mode and select Taiyo Gakuen. Intentionally have Batsu lose one round to Akira, Yurika, or Zaki. Iincyo will replace Batsu after the match. Burning Batsu will appear when fighting Vatsu.
