Press B, B, B, Up, Down, Right - All recipes

Perfect meal, every time
As soon as you finish making a meal, press: X, X, B, Y, R, UP, DOWN, RIGHT, L, B as fast as you can, the game will crash for approximately 5 seconds, then you will get perfect.

Stew
When u are doing stew there are bubbles on the top screen and words eg. add, mix, and stuff like that. Well don't do the thing straight away wait until the bubble gets to the green line if u move high low or medium before it reaches the green line u won't get a very good.
